Our 18-acre motorsport facility is dedicated to providing Florida's need for speed with a range of exciting activities, including arrive-and-drive kart rentals, a professional racing academy, and professional race car experiences. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and facilities. By accessing or using T4 KartPlex, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Conditions
1.1. By entering the premises of T4 KartPlex, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all posted signs, verbal instructions, and safety guidelines provided by our staff.
1.2. T4 KartPlex reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any individual at our discretion.
1.3. All participants must sign a waiver of liability before engaging in any activities at the facility.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Participants must meet minimum age and height requirements for kart rentals and racing activities. Proof of age may be required.
2.2. Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver of liability on their behalf.
3. Safety and Conduct
3.1. Safety gear, including helmets and seatbelts, must be worn at all times while participating in karting or racing activities.
3.2. Participants must adhere to all safety briefings and instructions provided by T4 KartPlex staff.
3.3. Reckless or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
4. Reservations and Payments
4.1. Reservations for kart rentals, racing academy sessions, and professional race car experiences can be made online or on-site.
4.2. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
4.3. T4 KartPlex reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund.
5. Facility Use
5.1. Visitors are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times.
5.2. Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Anyone found in violation will be removed immediately.
5.3. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the visitor. T4 KartPlex is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
6. Liability
6.1. T4 KartPlex is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during participation in activities or while on the premises.
6.2. Participants assume all risks associated with karting and racing activities.
7. Amendments
7.1. T4 KartPlex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and at the facility.
