GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS & CONDITIONS



1. No Cash Value:

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.

2. Non-Refundable:

All gift certificate purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.

3. Valid on all products:

Gift certificates can be used towards all Le Circuit Quyon's products.

4. Expiration:

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

5. Booking Requirements:

Sessions must be reserved in advance. A valid gift certificate code must be presented at the time of booking or check-in.

6. Lost or Stolen Certificates:

Lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates will not be replaced. Treat your certificate like cash.

7. Remaining Balance:

Any remaining balance stays on the gift certificate and can be used for future visits until the balance reaches zero or the certificate expires.

8. Closed-Toe Shoes Requirement:

All participants must wear closed-toe shoes to take part in karting activities. No exceptions.

9. Participant Requirements:

All drivers must meet age, height, and safety requirements. Staff have full discretion to refuse participation if safety rules are not met.

10. Weather & Operational Delays:

Gift certificates cannot be refunded due to weather or schedule changes. If the track closes due to rain, sessions may be rescheduled.

11. Misuse or Fraud:

Any alteration or unauthorized duplication of the certificate will void it immediately.
