1.1. By purchasing or using a HyperVelocity Racetrack gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.2. Gift vouchers are issued by HyperVelocity Racetrack and are redeemable only at our location in Southland Mall, Houma, LA.
1.3. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
2. Purchase and Redemption
2.1. Gift vouchers can be purchased online via our website or in person at our location.
2.2. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for services or products offered by HyperVelocity Racetrack, including go-karting sessions, memberships, and merchandise.
2.3. To redeem a gift voucher, the unique voucher code must be presented at the time of booking or purchase.
3. Validity and Expiry
3.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Expired gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
4. Restrictions
4.1. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
4.2. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
4.3. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
5.2. If a booking made using a gift voucher is canceled by the customer, the voucher will not be refunded or reissued unless the cancellation is made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
6. Liability
6.1. HyperVelocity Racetrack is not responsible for any unauthorized use of gift vouchers.
6.2. HyperVelocity Racetrack reserves the right to refuse redemption of a gift voucher if it suspects fraud, tampering, or any violation of these terms and conditions.
7. Amendments
7.1. HyperVelocity Racetrack reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website.
