Welcome to Finishline Performance Karting ("FPK"). By accessing or using our facilities and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms:By participating in any activities at FPK, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility:Participants must meet the minimum age and height requirements specified by FPK. Minors must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
3. Safety Requirements: All participants must wear the provided safety gear, including helmets and seatbelts, at all times while on the track. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by FPK staff. No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the premises. Participants under the influence will be prohibited from racing.
4. Liability Waiver: Participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any racing activities. FPK is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the use of the facilities.
5. Conduct: Aggressive or dangerous driving, including bumping, swerving, or other reckless behavior, is strictly prohibited.
FPK reserves the right to remove any participant from the premises for inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with these terms.
6. Reservations and Payments: Reservations for races, events, or parties must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Payments are required upon booking.
7. No Refund Policy: All sales are final. FPK does not offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations or no-shows. Participants are encouraged to reschedule their booking 48 hours prior to the event to avoid losing their spot.
8. Facility Usage: Access to the arcade, food services, and other amenities is included with race participation but may be subject to availability and additional costs. FPK is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure personal belongings.
9. Privacy Policy: FPK respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of your experience at FPK and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Modification of Terms: FPK reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the facility.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Mississippi. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harrison County.
