Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Validity:
Membership Cards (Gold/Silver/Bronze) have a validity of 1 month from purchase, where Gift Cards have a validity of 12 months from purchase.

Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed online or in-person at Fast Lane Indoor Raceways. To redeem online, enter the voucher code at checkout. Vouchers must be redeemed in full during one transaction and cannot be used in part.

Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Non-Transferable: Vouchers are intended for the recipient’s use only and cannot be resold or transferred to another person.

Booking Availability: All karting sessions are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost.

Restrictions: Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

Age and Height Requirements: Vouchers can only be redeemed by participants meeting the venue’s age (8+) and height (125 cm) requirements.

Alcohol and Drug Policy: Vouchers are void if the participant is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the karting session.
