Welcome To BLASTACARS Hamilton!
You are required to wear covered shoes and gloves on the track.
For online Pre-Bookings please remember to check in at reception aftercompleting your registration waiver at a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your approximate racing heat time. All bookings are subject to delays at the time of visit and BLASTACARS cannot alter or refund for this purpose.
Online bookings are non-refundable and may not be adjusted at the time of your visit. All Blastacars driving policies and rules apply. Promotions, gift cards, coupons, and discounts are not redeemable with online bookings.
To book a BLACK CARD the driver must be a black card holder with proof of Card required at time of visit.
If you would like to sit for your Black Card please let the receptionist know on arrive.
Pro Karts (Black Card Needed) is a 390cc kart, all standard karts are 270cc
If you have consumed Alcohol DO NOT COMPLETE REGISTRATION
Children must be 8 years or older nd 1.20cm or higher DO NOT COMPLETE REGISTRATION
You will NOT be permitted on track NO REFUNDS
The staff and management of Blastacars Hamilton Ltd take all practicable steps to identify and minimise potential dangers. However, you must follow our instructions and use the safety equipment at all times. Adults accompanying any person under the age of 18 must ensure that the underage person follows our instructions at all times. You must release or indemnify Blastacars Hamilton and our staff against any liability we incur to anyone else, resulting from your failure to follow our instructions or the failure of any person accompanying you under the age of 18 to follow our instructions.
We reserve the right to withdraw any person who in our opinion is likely to endanger themselves or others. We also reserve the right to cancel the drift karting activity if we become concerned for any reason for your safety or that of any other person.
WARNING: Under New Zealand law it is extremely unlikely that you will be able to sue anyone if you are injured. In addition, New Zealands accident compensation scheme provides only limited assistance to visitors to New Zealand who are injured. We strongly recommend that all visitors to New Zealand have full insurance covering any injury they might suffer, including medical treatment cover, before undertaking this activity.
EXCLUSIONS: To the extent permitted by law, all our liability for damage to your property, disruption to travel plans, or mental injury is excluded. This exclusion is subject to any rights or remedies you may have under theConsumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Please describe to the Receptionist any medical conditions or other information we need to know to include you safely in this activity. For example: asthma, allergies, heart conditions, epilepsy or pregnancy. You are entitled to access any
information we hold about you or to request its correction at any time. We do not allow pregnant women or people over 130kgs to drive our karts. We also do not allow intoxicated customers to drive our karts and expect you to disclose this information.
Blastacars Hamilton Ltd takes no responsibility for personal items that have been lost, damaged or stolen.
That the directors or employees of Blastacars Hamilton Ltd have the right to refuse entry or remove you from the premises or track or any person without refund or compensation under the influence of drugs / alcohol or by behaving in a disruptive manner.
Be careful and follow the rules
2.That I will abide by the rules of racing displayed in the premises and the instructions either written or verbal from the directors or employees of Blastacars Hamilton Ltd.
We are not responsible for you hurting yourself if you do not follow the safety rules.
I am responsible for any costs I incur for the damage I create.
3.That should I cause damage to myself or my associates and or property of the same, whilst failing to exercise care as directed by the employees of Blastacars Hamilton Ltd I indemnify the directors, employees and associates of Blastacars Hamilton Ltd against all actions , claims or expenses in respect of such injury or damage provided that the directors and employees of Blastacars Hamilton Ltd have not been negligent and have exercised reasonable care and skill in provision of their services. Should I cause damage to the building, race gear, drift karts or race track I will be responsible for covering the costs for replacement or repair.
